Specialisation
I help individuals and couples find balance and harmony through psychotherapy, with empathy, authenticity, and dedicated support.
About me
Hi, I am Weronika Molińska, a federally recognized psychotherapist and psychologist, and I specialise in cognitive-behavioural and schema therapy. I have received training in providing support to both individual patients and couples. In addition, I have completed a Doctoral School in Psychology and participated in research scholarships and internships abroad. I have gained professional experience in various mental health centers in Poland and abroad. My approach is all about creating a safe, authentic, and empathetic environment. I'm passionate about helping patients find harmony in their lives and couples connect with each other.
I help couples to reach an understanding and support individual patients with a variety of disorders, which I describe below. My therapeutic approach is based on empathy, acceptance, and authenticity, creating a solid relationship with the patient. In addition to psychology, I am interested in music, combining the two fields as I am doing research in the field of Music Psychology, training in the area of Music Therapy and, thanks to my musical training, I play the cello in a film orchestra. Privately, I attend ballet classes, aerial yoga and am constantly looking for more and more reasons to smile.
I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is the foundation of a successful therapeutic process, so my approach is based on empathy, acceptance, respect, and authenticity.
