Specialisation
Bald and blue-eyed Buddhist psychologist
About me
Who I am
I'm a clinical psychologist and tantra facilitator.
My therapeutic approaches include Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (with a psychiatrist), as well as bodywork (somato-emotional liberation), energetic (Chinese medicine) and shamanic (extraction of emotional knots) approaches, as well as more traditional face-to-face work.
My spiritual approach to life, and therefore to psychic care, has led me to integrate therapeutic work on consciousness in relation to Consciousness.
Enlarged states of consciousness in all their forms (shamanism, meditation, holotropic breathing...) fascinate me and seem to me to be a potential path towards Awakening (outside any dogma or religious acceptance).
This quest has driven me deeply since 2007, and I've had the profound joy and pleasure of accompanying Beings on this path since 2009.
Journey
I discovered the energy of stones and Reiki in 2002, while attending business school, which led me to live abroad on a regular basis.
After obtaining my French-Australian double bachelor's degree in 2007, I spent many months in South America working with master plants.
Back in France, I resumed my studies and became a clinical psychologist in 2014, at which point I discovered tantra and practiced in various schools.
Professionally, I have also trained in biodynamic energy, Ancient Chinese Medicine, energy healing and hypnosis (GTS concept)...
Today I divide my professional time between Switzerland (Vevey) and France (Lyon), with a view to potentially creating a multidisciplinary therapeutic center in Switzerland.
Life philosophy
“True happiness does not depend on any being, on any external object; it depends only on ourselves.” Dalai Lama.
My personal and professional experience has given me a dynamic understanding of the processes of the psyche and a variety of approaches to care, including the body approach, which I find particularly effective when indicated.
Freud was convinced that dream interpretation was the “royal road” to the unconscious. Perhaps the body and energy approach is another way of accessing our deepest psychic structures and dynamics?
