About me
Offer and Approach
There are phases in life when it can be helpful to develop new perspectives together with professional guidance. I support you in (re)discovering your own resources, expanding your scope for action, and gaining clarity for your next steps. My work is based on a (hypno-)systemic and resource-oriented approach: I see each person as part of a larger context and focus on strengths and possibilities. Depending on your concerns and what fits best, I also incorporate imaginative, body-based, and mindfulness-based methods. My counseling approach is characterized by curiosity and creativity: I fully engage with the person in front of me, with the goal of providing individual and holistic support and finding solutions together.
