Specialisation
Psychology&Beyond - I support you in exploring your inner world, so you can shape your own life with more clarity and ease.
About me
In my practice, I support adolescents and adults through challenging phases of life with psychotherapy and counselling. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic methods to respond individually to your needs. I place particular emphasis on systemic and trauma-informed perspectives, as well as parts work.
I see each person as a whole (mind, body, and soul). This means I work not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with the body and the quiet inner wisdom that lives within each of us.
I deeply believe that every crisis holds the potential for inner growth. Along the way, you may discover new facets of yourself or perspectives on life that you weren’t fully aware of before. My intention is to support you in this process, helping you reconnect with your strengths and your unique path, and to strengthen it from within.
Authenticity, a touch of humour, and a therapeutic relationship grounded in mutual respect are central to my work. I look forward to walking a part of this path with you.
