I help navigate obstacles and cultivate a meaningful life.
About me
Experience, expertise, and way of workingWith a background in coaching and counselling, I support people in finding clarity and fostering personal growth. As a clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, I draw on the latest psychotherapy research to help navigate professional and personal challenges.
My approach is goal-oriented and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll identify key issues, work through difficult situations, uncover motivations, and strengthen your confidence. Individuals in demanding or challenging professional roles often benefit from greater self-awareness, increased stability, and fresh perspectives.
About meI’m a clinical psychologist and coach with a passion for working through complex questions. My professional journey has taken me abroad, living as an expat for five years in California, where I found my passion in gastronomy projects and cooking. I later started a consulting business, advising employees and executives in Switzerland, before returning to university and transitioning into clinical psychotherapy. In my clinical work, my focus lies on stress-related disorders. These experiences enable me to integrate diverse approaches and perspectives. I use evidence-based methods and solutions that are connected to everyday realities. Beyond therapy, I meditate regularly and take an interest in neurobiological theories of consciousness — combining philosophy, science, and mindfulness in a way that enriches my work.
Important to knowYou can expect me to meet you with compassion and an open mind, creating a safe and supportive space where you feel understood and valued. My work is guided by the factors outlined by Grawe: therapeutic alliance, motivational clarification, problem activation, problem-solving, and resource activation. I employ an integrative method that includes behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and schema therapy and tailor my approach to your unique needs, ensuring it stays true to your values and goals to enable meaningful change.
