I offer personalized, empathetic therapy that addresses your individual needs
About me
As a psychotherapist with a cognitive-behavioral and integrative background, I offer evidence-based, individually tailored treatment. I completed my therapeutic training at the Klaus Grawe Institute, which emphasizes scientifically grounded methods and the therapeutic relationship.
In my work, I draw on various approaches to collaboratively develop effective strategies for addressing psychological challenges. I have gained professional experience in a range of psychiatric settings, particularly in the areas of addiction, schizophrenia, trauma-related disorders, and eating disorders.
Since 2023, I have been working in private practice. My therapeutic focus is on emotional processing and sustainable behavioral change. Respectful collaboration, empathy, transparency, and ongoing professional development are central to my work.
Office hours: Tuesday to Friday midday.
