Specialisation
I help you define your ideal future and find the means to achieve it with a brief, dynamic approach.
About me
Julien Borloz, FSP psychologist specialized in Coaching and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
I work mainly with short coaching sessions (around 6 sessions).
My 2 main areas of work are:
1) Regain a balanced life
2) Managing stress and anxiety
My areas of expertise are:
- Change management (professional, personal, relational)
- Setting ambitious and motivating life goals
- Improving self-confidence
- Changing lifestyle habits (quitting smoking, onychophagy, weight loss)
- Mental preparation and performance optimization for athletes
ERICKSONIAN HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique in which the therapist brings the person into an altered state of consciousness in order to re-establish better communication between the conscious and unconscious mind. In Ericksonian hypnosis, we work on the principle that each person has all the resources within him or herself to find the solutions that suit them, and the therapist's job is to bring them out through the hypnotic process.
This approach will enable you to:
-imagine your ideal future and clarify your resources for achieving it
re-establish better communication between your conscious and unconscious parts
-develop your creativity and new skills, and bring out the best in yourself.
Ericksonian hypnosis is useful in the following areas:
-Help with change (professional, personal, relational)
-Eating management, weight loss
Behavior modification: stop smoking, nail biting, bed-wetting
-Pain management/decrease (chronic pain, fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, etc.)
-Functional digestive disorders
-Mental preparation and performance optimization for athletes
Improving self-confidence
-Loss, difficult mourning
Development of creativity, brainstorming, problem-solving, decision-making
-Reframing disruptive nightmares
-Conflict management
-Stress management
-Emotional management
SOLUTION-FOCUSED COACHING
Solution-focused coaching is a method based on a positive, brief, solution-focused approach, which aims to make the person autonomous and independent as quickly as possible.
Compared with traditional psychotherapeutic treatment, this method focuses solely on the solutions that your resources and skills enable you to implement quickly in the face of a known problem. You are the expert in your own life.
This approach will enable you to:
-imagine your ideal future
-visualize your goals
-clarify your objectives
-highlight your skills
... to quickly find concrete solutions.
During this process, you'll work on yourself and learn to
-get to know yourself better
-recognize your strengths and weaknesses
