What matters to me is that all persons can get to know themselves and live in their full potential and in inner and outer peace.
About me
Early in my life, I began asking myself how we can transform—or even let go of—blocking patterns such as lack of self-confidence, fears about the future, or recurring relationship issues, and how we can live our own best possible potential. In integrative therapy (based on the work of Laura and Fritz Perls), I found an approach that convinced me and that I now share with my clients with great joy and commitment. I also integrate breath-therapy techniques as well as Wingwave (bilateral eye movements to process distressing experiences and patterns). This is a highly effective method for working through old patterns and memories.
I am happy to briefly summarize how this path unfolded: I studied psychology at the University of Zurich. During my studies, I initially worked in the hospitality industry as a waitress and later as a relocation consultant. After completing my master’s degree (Licentiate), I worked at a recruitment agency as Head of Recruiting, managing a team of ten employees. I then moved to Zurich University Hospital, where I served as Head of Human Resources for three clinics. This was followed by professionally formative stays in Canada and India, including further training in mindfulness training, meditation, and breath therapy.
In 2006, I transitioned into psychotherapeutic work and co-founded the “Center for Integrative Medicine Sihlmed.” As the foundation for body- and dialogue-based psychotherapy, I chose integrative Gestalt therapy (IGW), as it is resource- and experience-oriented and incorporates meditation (i.e., the mindfulness and here-and-now principle). Since summer 2023, I have been working in my own practice, Coresense, in Stallikon and Zurich.
