About me
With a Master's degree in clinical and developmental psychology, I began my professional career in institutional contexts linked to mental health and the penitentiary environment, in contact with varied and sometimes complex human realities.
Subsequently, a long journey of travel and life experiences across different countries and cultures enriched my understanding of human relationships, life trajectories and periods of personal transition. Today, these experiences nourish a sensitive, open and deeply human approach.
My approach
My approach is based on listening, psychological support and personal reflection. I pay particular attention to each person's uniqueness, history, resources and relational environment.
My approach draws on different currents in psychology, notably psychodynamic, systemic and cognitive-behavioral approaches, while integrating sensitivity to the relational, emotional and bodily dimensions of the human experience.
Accustomed to encountering varied and sometimes atypical life paths, I offer a non-judgmental listening space, allowing us to freely address personal, relational, identity-related or existential issues that may emerge along the way.
In couple consultations, I also use communication and relational understanding tools inspired by the IMAGO method, as part of the training I'm currently pursuing in this approach.
