Specialisation
Open, calm and empathetic – shaped by time, trust and respect. A space to unfold what’s inside and move toward more clarity and balance.
About me
I was born in Argentina and studied Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where I received a strong psychodynamic foundation that still shapes how I understand inner processes and relationships.
Living in different countries has deeply influenced both my personal and professional path. In Switzerland, I work closely with young migrants who are navigating new languages, cultures and identities. This experience has strengthened my interest in migration, adaptation and the emotional process of change and loss, which has become a central focus of my clinical work.
I’m a psychologist (FSP) currently completing my postgraduate training in psychotherapy at pcaSuisse, with a person-centred and integrative approach. My work combines reflection and emotional understanding with psychoeducation, emotion and stress regulation, mindfulness and practical tools for everyday life.
I offer individual and couple therapy (under supervision) for adolescents (15+), adults, and older adults, addressing migration and adjustment, depression, anxiety, stress and sleep difficulties, grief, and eating disorders.
Sessions are available in English, German, and Spanish (native) – in Zurich or online.
I currently work under supervision as part of my psychotherapy training.
