About me
I am a psychologist and sexologist. My practice is open to individuals of any sexual orientation, gender identity, and to both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.My approach to psycho-sexology is based on inclusivity and an affirmative approach to sexuality. More than diagnoses and symptoms, I prioritize the subjective experience of the person I'm working with. I believe in an individualized approach to therapy that always takes into account the context of the individual/group.Evidence-based practice is also very important to me, which is why I try my best to stay up-to-date with the latest scientific knowledge in the fields I work in.I provide therapy in Polish, English, or French.
On top of my Master's, I have completed over 900 hours of postgraduate training in the field of psychology and sexology, including:

- Master's degree in Psychology obtained at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 2018, specializing in clinical sexology.
- Completed basic (2018) and advanced (2024) training in Solution-Focused Therapy at the TSR Center in Warsaw.
- CAS in clinical sexology, 2-year program at the University of Geneva in Switzerland in 2023
- Training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at AMiE in Warsaw
- Year-long postgraduate program in inclusive, integrative and feminist psychosexology under the auspices of Denise Medico at Centre3 in Lausanne, Switzerland (2024)
- Base training in psychotraumatology (2025, currently attending)
