Psychologist, sexologist, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist in training
About me
I am a psychologist and psychosexologist, currently completing a federally recognized psychotherapy training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
My work is grounded in a feminist, inclusive, and sex-positive framework. I try to focus on lived experience rather than diagnosis alone, and I take into account the social, cultural, and relational contexts that shape each person’s life. An intersectional perspective informs my practice, acknowledging how multiple identities—such as gender, sexuality, ethnicity, social class, and disability—can influence both personal experiences and the challenges people face. I view therapy as a collaborative and egalitarian process, centered on recognizing and strengthening each person’s unique resources and capacities.
I am committed to supporting the empowerment of those I work with. Beyond the therapy room, I believe in the broader social impact of this work: helping individuals reclaim agency, take meaningful action in their own lives, and, when desired, engage more fully in the world around them.
I offer sessions in French, English, and Polish, my native language.
