About me
I accompany adolescents, young adults, and adults who are facing challenges related to mood disorders such as depression or anxiety, as well as issues with addiction or compulsive behaviors. In a space of compassionate listening and support, I offer the opportunity to explore one’s experiences, understand underlying mechanisms, and mobilize personal resources to move forward.
I view each person in their uniqueness, in connection with their environment, history, and culture. My work is based on a personalized approach that focuses on understanding emotions, finding meaning, and developing lasting inner balance.
My practice is grounded in Carl Gustav Jung’s Analytical Psychology, which sees the human being as a whole, integrating both conscious and unconscious dimensions. I value the individual’s inner resources and recognize the creative and transformative potential of the unconscious. Dreams, images, and symbols play an essential role; exploring them—sometimes through creative work—can lead to valuable insights and deep inner transformation.
For me, psychotherapy is above all a journey of self-exploration, allowing for a more intimate and authentic understanding of oneself. My clinical experience, particularly in the field of addiction, supports my work with people going through moments of vulnerability, crisis, or life transition.
I believe that every human being carries within themselves the resources needed to move toward a more conscious, free, and fulfilling life.
