Specialisation

I invite you to join me on a journey of discovery – towards new, helpful perspectives and lasting personal growth.

About me
My therapeutic focus is on helping people better understand themselves, recognize unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, and implement positive changes in their daily lives. I use a variety of proven and scientifically grounded methods to develop individualized approaches for coping with challenges. Mindfulness is a cornerstone in this process — it encourages a more conscious experience of the present moment, promotes inner calm, and nurtures a compassionate and gentle relationship with oneself.

I support individuals and couples on their personal journeys of exploration – always with attention to their unique resources and the diverse parts of the self.

A therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect, trust, and equality is of utmost importance to me. I tailor our work to your personal needs and prior experiences. Together, we explore your inner world, recurring patterns, and inner strengths to develop new ways of coping. This creates space for more inner peace, health, acceptance, and joy – guiding you toward greater personal freedom and well-being.

It is especially important to me to create a safe and protected space in which you can fully open up and unfold – held in clarity, compassion, and a sincere understanding of what makes you a unique person.

Personal Background
I was born in 1987 and raised in Arth on Lake Zug, immersed in Vietnamese culture – a place that still provides me with a sense of calm, connection to nature, and a feeling of home. Today, I live with my family just outside of Zurich, with a view of Lake Greifen. From an early age, I was equally fascinated by two worlds: the inner world of human experience and the digital world of technology. I was curious about both psychological processes and how systems – internal and external – work.

This passion for understanding, structuring, and connecting initially led me into IT before I found my path in psychology. At the same time, I always felt deeply touched by human experience, interpersonal dynamics, and the search for inner balance. The combination of these interests and a strong desire to support people through difficult life phases ultimately led me to become a psychotherapist.

Throughout my education and professional journey, I have been privileged to witness many aspects of human experience – while also reflecting on my own path. Pivotal moments in my life have shown me how healing genuine connection, clarity, and compassion can be – and how essential it is to follow one’s own inner compass.

These experiences now shape my therapeutic work – grounded in professional expertise, a strong affinity for systems, and a compassionate attitude. I am convinced that personal development becomes possible when we feel seen, understood, and accepted. When we gain deeper insight into the interplay of thoughts, emotions, and life context, real change can begin.

Conditions
In a non-binding initial consultation, we have the opportunity to get to know each other and explore whether working together would be helpful and suitable for you.

If a referral is made by a general practitioner or another medical specialist recognized by the health insurance provider, the costs for psychotherapy can be covered by basic insurance – initially for two blocks of 15 sessions. If further sessions are needed, a psychiatric evaluation is required, including a report to the insurance company to request continued coverage.

My services are billed based on time. A session typically lasts 60 minutes, plus up to 15 minutes for preparation and follow-up.

Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge. For shorter notice cancellations, a fee of CHF 150.– will be charged, which is not reimbursed by health insurance.

For self-paying clients, I am happy to discuss the costs in a personal conversation. Fees are based on your individual needs and the scope of therapeutic support.
