I offer a range of therapeutic and coaching approaches aimed at strengthening sense of self, self-esteem, and coherence, including:
FSP Psychologist, AVP member (Swiss Federation of Psychologists; Association Vaudoise des Psychologues). Federally recognised Psychotherapist.
Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy for Adolescents (MBSR-T) Therapist.

- Mindfulness (MBSR-T)
- Trauma therapy (Certified Brainspotting Therapist; Consultant-in-Training)

- Cardiac coherence (HeartMath Coach): a science-based approach through which patients learn practical strategies to develop and sustain resilience, improve emotional self-awareness, and significantly reduce stress reactivity in real time. This method is used in hospitals worldwide (e.g., the Mayo Clinic and NHS hospitals in the UK), as well as by police services, ambulance services, military personnel, sports teams, and correctional institutions.
- Preparation and integration sessions in the context of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (PAP), supporting patients before and after legally supervised treatment processes.
