About me
PhD in psychology, FSP psychologist and certified personal health coach*, I provide psychological support and/or coaching according to my clients' needs.
Sessions can be held in the practice, online or outside, walking in the forest.
My psychological, philosophical and therapeutic practice is based on Mindfulness, i.e. openness to oneself, one's emotions, bodily sensations and thoughts. This non-judgmental approach allows us to observe our tendency to think and act automatically (autopilot), and offers us the possibility of choosing other actions, more adapted to the situation and more in line with our values.
Personal Health Coaching*
As a new profession in Switzerland (CAS | University of Basel), personal health coaching is aimed to anyone with one or more noncommunicable or chronic illnesses, e.g. diabetes, cancer, obesity, asthma, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal conditions.
Personal health coaching is part of prevention, and aims to improve nutrition, movement and reduce stress through behavioral change techniques.
