Specialisation
I accompany each person with care on their journey toward balance in both eating and emotional health.
About me
My consultations focus on two main areas:
Support for eating disorders (Psychonutrition)
I work with individuals affected by bulimia, binge eating, emotional eating, orthorexia, frequent snacking, eating crises, and weight-related concerns.
Support for psychological distress (Psychological counseling)
I also accompany those going through personal or professional challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, fatigue, sleep disorders, and relationship difficulties.
Psychological servicesI provide psychological support based on understanding the mechanisms behind eating disorders, emotional management, and psychonutrition. I help individuals work toward a peaceful relationship with food, with their body and their relationships.
ApproachI am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). These approaches focus on addressing present-moment challenges with practical techniques to help you overcome difficulties and develop your inner resources.
BillingDirect payment by the patient.
I am not covered by LAMal, please contact your insurance provider to check if your supplementary insurance covers my services.
