Psychologist and nutritionist. Healing the body, reconnecting with food.
About me
As an FSP and ASCA-accredited Psychologist and Nutritionist, I support individuals in developing a healthy, intuitive relationship with food and in managing compulsive eating. My approach is human-centered, holistic, and compassionate.
My consultations focus on three main areas:
1) Eating Disorders (EDs)
I support individuals affected by binge eating, bulimia, anorexia, emotional eating (compulsive snacking), or difficulties maintaining a stable weight over time.
2) Reconnecting with Food and Body
Support toward mindful eating, relearning hunger and satiety cues, respecting the body, managing emotions without turning to food, and preventing compulsive eating or restriction.
The goal: to develop a relationship with food that is no longer a struggle, but a source of balance, safety, and pleasure.
3) Psychological Support and Emotional Regulation
I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, persistent fatigue, burnout, and relational difficulties (couples, work, family).
The goal: to understand what is happening, help you restore your psychological energy, and regain greater inner balance.
Practical Information:
Insurance Coverage
Psychology consultations may be reimbursed by some supplementary health insurance plans. It is advisable to check with your insurer before booking an appointment to find out whether you are eligible for reimbursement. As my services are not covered by basic Swiss health insurance (LaMal), I do not accept delegated care referrals (no medical prescriptions accepted).
Fees and Cancellation Policy
A psychology consultation costs CHF 150 and lasts 50 minutes. Payment is made at the end of the session via Twint or bank transfer. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Approach
My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and intuitive eating. Together, we work on thought patterns and emotional regulation strategies to help you navigate everyday difficulties. My consultations aim to guide motivated individuals toward understanding rather than control, fostering lasting change and easing compulsive behaviors.
About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have supported many patients (Obesity Center, La Source Clinic) in developing a peaceful relationship with food, greater psychological balance, and a more serene life. I am a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP) and the Vaud Association of Psychologists (AVP). I am also an ASCA-certified psychologist.
Consultations in French and English.
