Psychologist and nutritionist : providing support in both eating and emotional health
About me
As an FSP-registered psychologist and ASCA-accredited nutritionist, I support individuals in developing a healthy, intuitive relationship with food and in managing compulsive eating. My approach is human-centered, holistic, and compassionate, and is structured around three main areas:
1) Eating disorders
I work with individuals affected by binge eating, bulimia, compulsive snacking, or recurrent weight fluctuations.
2) Psychological support and emotional regulation
I also support people experiencing anxiety, depression, persistent fatigue, burnout, sleep difficulties, and relationship challenges. The goal is to understand underlying issues, restore psychological energy, and regain a sense of inner balance.
3) Reconnecting with food and the body
I offer guidance in mindful eating, relearning hunger and satiety cues, body respect, managing emotions without turning to food, and preventing cycles of compulsion or restriction. The aim is to transform the relationship with food from a struggle into a source of balance, safety, and pleasure.
----
Psychological servicesI provide psychological support based on understanding the mechanisms behind eating disorders, emotional management, and psychonutrition. I help individuals work toward a peaceful relationship with food, with their body and their relationships.
ApproachI am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). These approaches focus on addressing present-moment challenges with practical techniques to help you overcome difficulties and develop your inner resources.
