Chi sono
I hold a Master in Psychology from Copenhagen University and have then specialised in working with people from an Emotionally Focused Perspective through the EFT approach developed by Sue Johnson and colleagues from Canada. It is a humanistic approach seeking to understand how we as people understand ourselves and others.
My philosophy is to always listen to my client and understand their world and hence understand why they do what they do. Knowing that what we do as people has at some point in life been either helpful or necessary. To work alongside my clients and knowing that what they do makes sense to them - but can cause problems today - and looking at ways of changing that for the future to build safe, strong and lasting relationship, with self and others.
