Integrative Psychotherapie & Methodensupervision: KVT 1-3 und Praxistransfer

Als Fachpsychologin für Psychotherapie FSP und eidgenössisch anerkannte Psychotherapeutin biete ich eine hochspezialisierte Behandlung an, die wissenschaftliche Präzision mit tiefenpsychologischem Verständnis verbindet. Grundlage meines Handelns ist eine humanistische Haltung, geprägt von tiefem Respekt vor der Würde und Einzigartigkeit jedes Menschen.


Lektorat & Methodensupervision

Ein zentraler Pfeiler meiner Tätigkeit ist die Ausbildung der nächsten Generation. Ich bin als Lektorin in der zweijährigen CBT-Fachtitel-Weiterbildung (CBT-Adres in Kooperation mit der Universität Haifa) tätig. In wöchentlichen Supervisionsgruppen leite ich den Praxistransfer: Ich begleite Studierende dabei, theoretische Konzepte der 1., 2. und 3. Welle der KVT unmittelbar in ihre eigene Klinik- oder Praxisarbeit zu integrieren. Als international anerkannte Supervisorin (ITA/EABCT) unterstütze ich Fachpersonen zudem bei der Implementierung klinischer Tools – insbesondere ACT, DBT, Schematherapie sowie evidenzbasierter Traumatherapie (CPT und PE).

Klinische Expertise

Durch langjährige Erfahrung in der Akutpsychiatrie bin ich versiert in der Krisenintervention und der Behandlung komplexer Störungsbilder, einschliesslich Angststörungen, affektiver Störungen, OCD, Persönlichkeitsstörungen und Psychosen. Mein Hintergrund als diplomierte Musikerin (M.Mus., Honors) prägt meine Sensibilität für die Nuancen der therapeutischen Beziehung. Ergänzend integriere ich Biofeedback zur Stärkung der psychophysiologischen Selbstregulation.
